I am honored to have been included in this performance as the newest teacher to join the Cen4PAL staff.

For Sydney by Amanda Harberg

This performance is a home recording of Amanda Harberg's piece For Sydney from April 2021.

The piece is comprised of two movements: a pensive and at time nostalgic movement titled Lullaby, and a spirited and exhilarating movement titled Dance.

Harberg creates a world of emotional vulnerability and motion in through her writing that is beautifully suited to the range and resonance of the viola.

This recording was submitted for consideration in the Fred Fox School of Music Solo String Competition 2021.

SPARK by Daniel Dorff

This May 2020 performance is a home recording of Daniel Dorff's piece SPARK.

SPARK is an short burst of music that explores jazzy patterns and polyrhythms with interludes of a romantic and soaring melody interspersed. The piece allows the performer to show off precision and personal style.
